I’m Tamara, Founder of The Style Edit, bringing over a decade of experience in the fashion industry within retail and e-commerce. My background includes Burberry, J.Crew, Indochino, Park & Fifth, Aritzia, Honest Boutique, Winterluxe, Jessica Redditt, and several independent American e-commerce brands.

I've had the privilege of working with fashion brands at every stage of their development. Fashion has always been my passion, but what I noticed over the years is that newer and smaller brands rarely receive the support they actually need. I’ve worked with companies from day one and helped them scale within six months. My approach is a mix of deep creativity, curation, and strong operational and numbers-focused strategy.
 

In retail, I consistently ranked within the top 1% of sellers by building a genuine rapport with clients. On the e-commerce side, I’ve handled everything from inventory, backend product operations, and paid ads to helping brands drive attention, growth, and real conversions.
 

On a more personal note, I’m as Italian as they come. I wasn’t born in Italy, but I speak the language fluently enough to teach it, and after living there, it’s part of who I am. I grew up close with my nonna, a stylish, put-together woman who loved her numbers as much as her wardrobe. I take after her. I’ve done my share of bookkeeping and financial organization, and it’s naturally become part of how I support brands today.
